With more than 12 years of professional experience in management, coordination, and process leadership, along with extensive knowledge of the engineering and infrastructure sectors, she serves as the CEO’s Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant.
In her role, she provides close strategic and administrative support to the Company’s executive management and serves as an integral member of the leadership team. She is responsible for coordinating cross-functional and strategic initiatives, facilitating collaboration across departments, managing the CEO’s schedule, supporting key projects, and overseeing complex tasks while providing the organizational support needed to drive decision-making and execute business initiatives.
Her work is distinguished by a broad organizational perspective, strong process management capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work effectively across multiple functions, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, discretion, and precise execution.
