Shifulei HaHar Infrastructure Project

As part of Phase 1 of the Shifulei HaHar neighborhood development in Eilat, extensive infrastructure and development works are being carried out to establish the area’s primary infrastructure, laying the foundation for a modern, high-quality residential community. The project includes the installation of sewerage, drainage, water, electrical, and telecommunications networks, as well as street lighting, road construction, curb installation, asphalt paving, stone retaining walls, landscaping, and environmental development, all executed in accordance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and engineering precision. The works are being carried out as part of the development of the Golf Neighborhood – Plot 11, with the goal of creating a modern urban infrastructure that will support the neighborhood’s current needs and its long-term growth and development.
