Meital Zhano
She has supported the Group’s operations for approximately two decades. In recent years, following her qualification in law, she has served as the Company’s Legal Counsel. In this role, she is responsible for comprehensive legal oversight of the Group’s activities, providing legal support and advice to management and the various departments on major projects in property development, infrastructure, earthworks, and construction.
Her responsibilities include drafting and managing complex agreements, as well as overseeing all legal aspects of the tendering process, from reviewing tender requirements and submitting bids to providing ongoing legal support throughout project execution.
Her extensive organizational experience within the Company, combined with her legal expertise, gives her a broad business and commercial perspective and the ability to identify and manage legal risks effectively, while addressing the Group’s specific needs and safeguarding its business and strategic interests.
